Ms. Schuetz has over 15 years of experience in the commercialization of medical devices including intellectual property, technical, market and contracting analysis and strategy.

Prior to becoming the Director of Business Affairs at Avation Medical, Shannon was at the Neurotechnology Innovations Translator, Autonomic Technologies, Inc. and Cleveland Clinic Innovations/New Ventures where she specialized in the commercialization of neurotechnology innovations.

Shannon has BS in Biology from John Carroll University.
